About Jesse Jones Photography
I'm a band-geek turned computer-nerd turned photographer based in Sacramento, CA. I started shooting weddings and portraits in 2005, and instantly fell in love with it. There's nothing more exhilarating than the look on the face of a new bride or new mother when you show them their photos for the first time.
I specialize in a very candid style of photography. I like to capture the emotion and joy of a wedding, or the relationship between people in a portrait session, as naturally as possible. Rather than control every move you make, I find it much more rewarding to gently guide the process along and capture the genuine moments between the poses - and I find that my clients like that, too.
